It's hard to catch them in the office because they are always out snowmobiling or skiing.

Don't quit your job & then start building your own business.
Find 60 minutes per day to work on your business and use your job as investment capital.
Once your business is paying ~70% of your salary, then maybe go all in.
Almost always a better choice.

I ran my first ultramarathon after 4 months of running. Everyone said I wasn’t ready.
Do things before you’re ready, or you may never.
